Over the course of six weeks, we infused 10 bottles of Port with decadent chocolate. Each day we blended a few ingredients, chilled them, brought them back to room temperature, poured it, swirled it, and tasted it. Finally during the last week, our winery smelling like chocolate, we came up with the final product.   The results speak for themselves; from the moment Dark Obsession is open, you smell the aroma of quality chocolate. The wine has a bold character and you will be amazed at the fruit forward flavor that wraps your tongue with dark cherries and then, without warning, your entire mouth is engulfed in chocolate essence.
