This Premium wine is made from the Blanc du Bois wine grape variety grown in the Coastal Regions of Texas. These grapes were hand harvested in the cool morning hours. The grapes were whole cluster pressed, inoculated with cultured yeast, and fermented at 55F to retain the fruit flavors that are characteristic of this variety. This wine is finished “DRY” and has a clean, crisp mouthfeel. It exhibits a fresh citrus finish of grapefruit and green apple and pairs nicely with seafood, poultry, cheese, and creamy pasta dishes.
